WonderFULL Dresden at Christmas Private Tour
Overview
If you’ve never taken a trip to one of Europe’s many Christmas markets, you can join me on a fantastic Christmas tour to the nearest German city of Dresden. Even though it is in another country, Dresden is less than a 2-hour car ride from Prague.
The rebuilt city of Dresden is one of the most beautiful cities in Germany, especially during the festive season of Advent.
We will take a tour to one of Germany's oldest and most traditional Christmas market - the Striezelmarkt established in 1434. Regional specialties, such as Lusatian blue-printed fabrics and Moravian stars, are particularly popular, traditional German snacks such as bratwursts and mulled wine, the scent of gingerbread, the Dresden fruitcake known as Stollen and beautiful music in the Christmas Carols make this a once in a lifetime visit, a pleasure for all the senses.
After a walking tour of the city, you can visit one of the world-class museums or have lunch at one of the authentic Saxon or Bavarian restaurants.
