Unveiling the Coffee Plant: Step outside and discover the secrets of the coffee plant. Learn about its life cycle, from flowering to harvesting. During harvest season (November-March), you might even get to participate!

Artisan Washing and drying Process: Witness the traditional coffee washing process in the greenhouse. Denier will explain how the Fallas family uses time-tested techniques and basic tools to clean and prepare the beans.

Hulling Like a Pro: Embrace the cool mountain breeze as you experience the traditional hulling process. Discover how the coffee beans are prepared for roasting.

A Farm Tour with a View: Embark on a short, scenic tour of the farm, gaining insights into each step of the coffee-making journey.
