Zhangjiajie National Forest Park now strictly controls the number of daily tickets available. If you don’t book ahead, you might find tickets sold out. after purchasing tickets, the park implements a strict time-slot reservation system for entry.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will reserve your tickets in advance. we’ll also schedule your preferred entry time slot. This ensures you have your tickets and a confirmed visit time—making your trip hassle-free!
3. Ticket Validity
The ticket is valid for 4 consecutive days and includes park entry as well as all eco-bus transportation within the park.

- Real-Name Reservation: All listed attractions require real-name reservations. Please provide accurate passport information and carry the original passport with you on the tour day.
- Policy for Minors: For safety reasons, all minors must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.
- First entry requires your passport and facial verification at the designated gate and time slot. Staff will assist with ticket activation.
- For safety, some attractions or transport may close due to weather or force majeure. No refunds will be granted after ticket validation.
- Each passport is limited to one ticket purchase within any 4-day period. Duplicate bookings across platforms may cause order failure.
- Enter strictly at your reserved gate and time. We may assist with personal entry issues, but all related losses are the visitor's responsibility.
- No partial refunds for used services. Unused rides on transportation passes are non-refundable.
- Wild macaques are present. Do not feed, touch, or provoke them. Contact staff immediately for insurance claims if injured.
- Open flames and smoking outside designated areas are prohibited. Violators will be fined according to park regulations.

On your first day, we recommend entering the park through the East Gate, which is the most convenient of the five entrance gates to the National Forest Park and also the closest to the core scenic areas.
On the second day, we suggest entering through the South Gate, which serves as a convenient starting point for visiting the Yellow Rock Village area, Golden Whip Stream, or taking the cable car to Yangjiajie.
