Itinerary

Stop 1

This morning, you will meet your private tour guide and driver at the appointed time in your hotel. After a short greeting, you will be escorted to the Simatai Great Wall. The Great Wall in this section is famous for its steepness, peculiarity and beauty. It retains the original appearance of buildings from the Ming dynasty. The wall is various according to the terrain so you may see the huge differences between two buildings in a short distance. Escorted by your tour guide, you will hike through the open area from Tower 1 to Tower 10 along the east section, and also appreciate the magnificent and thrilling scenery.

Stop 2

After the visit to the Simatai Great Wall, you will arrive at the Gubei Water Town at the foot of the mountain. You can relax yourself while wandering in this town. Observe the lifestyle of the local people. Since meals are not included, you can choose a place to have a simple meal. Advice from your tour guide are available. Afterwards, you will be escorted to your hotel.
