Our driver is qualified and experienced and friendly. We will come to pick up from where you stay and travel to Laos by your chosen vehicle. The start time is flexible, just give us a quick notice before the departure start.

Complimentary hotel pickup and drop off is available.
A reasonable amount of luggage is allowed, e.g. one suitcase per passenger. Please consider the size of the vehicle according to the option chosen.
Please note there are few places on route with good quality toilets.
Passengers should take travel sickness medication if required.
Ensure you give your guest name, hotel name and address BEFORE the day of the tour or transfer.
Transfers depart at the agreed start time (please be sure to tell us your preferred time). Be ready for hotel pickup 15 minutes before the start time.
Wait in your hotel lobby. An exact pickup time cannot be given. If less than 5 minutes remain before the start time and you have not been picked up, then please call us on the emergency number.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
