Itinerary

1
Stop 1
Our São Paulo food tour offers guests a culinary experience carefully curated food adventure, led by our team of São Paulo tastemakers. Before we get started, our tour reflects the local cuisine, and the limitations of street food vendors and local eateries mean we cannot cater for every dietary restriction. Here's an honest appraisal for the tour, so no-one is disappointed: ✘ Unsuitable for vegan, vegetarian, no pork diets, halal diet, and lactose intolerance as the tastings would be very limited. ✔ Pescatarian diets and gluten intolerance are possible though some tastings do not have alternatives available and the menu would be more limited.
✔ Suitable for no seafood diets and mild nut allergies.

Stop 2
Explore São Paulo’s local food scene on a 4-hour food tour through República and Santa Cecília, with 12+ tastings along the way.

This experience focuses on the places locals actually visit in the evening, from casual botequims to street vendors and small neighbourhood eateries.
You’ll move through a wide range of flavours, starting with snacks like pastéis, pão de queijo, and tapioca with butter, before working into more substantial dishes such as baião de dois, a mix of rice, beans, cheese, and dried beef topped with crispy pork.

Along the way, expect grilled beef skewers with farofa, slow-cooked favourites like beef rib croquettes and chicken gizzards, and local staples like pernil sandwiches and pamonha.
There are drinks too, including tastings of cachaça, Brazil’s national spirit, and the tour finishes with a classic brigadeiro. This isn’t about fine dining, it’s an authentic look at São Paulo’s through the eyes of a local tastemaker guide.
3
Stop 3
The tour concludes after 3.5-4 hours. You'll leave not only full, but with a much deeper understanding of São Paulo’s food culture and the confidence to continue eating your way through Brazil.
