- Due to the possibility of high-water levels in the Swan River during periods of rainfall or high-tide, a coach transfer may be necessary for all or part of your journey to/from the Swan River. A coach substitution may be necessary without advance notice, due to circumstances out of our control.
- Limited paid parking is available near the departure point. Please allow ample time for parking. Public transportation or a ride share is recommended

Check-in at our ticket window 30 minutes prior to departure. If our ticket window is closed, then please check the window sign for information on your cruise vessel and departure pier number. Boarding for all passengers closes 10 minutes prior to departure.
