- Important Notice: Following a new directive issued by the Government of Malta, effective May 2025, all visitors wishing to disembark ashore at the Blue Lagoon must obtain an access pass in advance. Passes can be acquired through the official government website blcomino.com. Please make sure to plan ahead, as the daily pass allocation is limited. You will not be allowed to disembark at the Blue Lagoon without an official pass. Kindly note that this is a government-mandated regulation and not a policy introduced by us. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
- The boat departs from the Marfa Jetty (opposite the Riviera Spa Resort). When you arrive at this location, you need to look for a white/blue boat; the name of the boat is 'La Laguna'.
- Boarding closes 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time; please ensure that you arrive in time.
- The boat is stroller accessible but not wheelchair accessible.
- Pets, large luggage, and large suitcases are not allowed on the boat.
- Snorkelling equipment is available for rent free of charge; however, please note that a €20 cash deposit is required when renting the equipment, which will be fully refunded upon returning the equipment. Only cash payments are accepted when renting snorkelling equipment. If the equipment is lost or returned damaged, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Deckchairs on the rooftop area are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- A cash bar serving some snacks and various beverages is available on the boat. Both cash and credit card payments are accepted at the bar.
- The optional powerboat trip to the Comino Caves is not included in the price; this can be booked on-site with the crew and paid on location. The boat trip is optional and is always subject to weather conditions. The fee is €10 per person (the fee can change slightly without prior notice). Both cash and credit card payments are accepted for the optional powerboat trip.
- The provider reserves the right to alter the itinerary or change any of the stops depending on prevailing weather conditions, health and safety concerns, or other unforeseen operational circumstances.
- If the trip is cancelled due to poor weather, sea conditions, or strong winds, you will be offered to reschedule your activity on a different date; if you cannot reschedule, you will be given a full refund.
- No refunds will be issued to customers who are unable to disembark at the Blue Lagoon due to not having a government-issued pass. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the required pass in advance.
- Not recommended for travellers with mobility impairments.
- The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
