Punta Tombo is a fauna reserve on the Atlantic coast of the province of Chubut, in the Republic of Argentina, and one of the main and most numerous continental breeding colonies of the Magellanic penguin.

Stop 1
Departure from the Hotel in the morning on an excursion to the Punta Tombo Penguin Colony. After traveling 200km we will enter this nature reserve to walk near the nests of this very nice species. From a cliff the great mass of penguins that are on the beach will be observed. In the afternoon we will arrive at the City of Trelew, where a small City tour will be made touring the historical and important points of this purely commercial city. Stop at the Paleontological Museum and entrance (Optional). In the mid-afternoon we will go to the Gaiman Colony, where you can taste the exquisite Welsh Tea (Optional). Arrival late in the afternoon to Puerto Madryn.
