- Take only a small backpack or carry-on bag to Aguas Calientes. The train does not allow large luggage and, if you carry more, you will be charged an extra 50%. Most travelers leave their large bags at their hotels in Cusco, where they keep them free and safe.
- Tickets to Machu Picchu will be allocated subject to availability at the time of booking. The first option will be Circuit 2, so we recommend booking in advance. If exhausted, Circuit 1 or Circuit 3 will be assigned as the last option.
- The tour or activity will have a maximum of 08 travelers.
- The price is adjusted according to the size of the group: the more you join, the lower the individual cost.
- IMPORTANT: The Machu Picchu authority requires the following data to issue the entry: full name, passport number, date of birth and nationality. When booking, please ensure that you provide this information correctly as it appears on your passport.
- As for the briefing, a representative of TREK & ADVENTURE MACHUPICCHU will contact you one day in advance to arrange the meeting in your hotel lobby, as previously agreed. During this meeting, you will receive a printed program with the detailed itinerary, in addition to the important tickets that are part of it.
- IMPORTANT: Access to Machu Picchu is limited and is organized in shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Our tour is scheduled between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., guaranteeing access to any of these shifts, depending on availability and capacity.
