Please print your voucher and bring it with you to the club upon arrival. The concierge desk at your hotel should have no problem printing the ticket for you if you happen to already be in Cancun.
We ask that you use the ticket provided directly with these instructions, and not the ticket automatically updated to your Apple Wallet. This will expedite your check in process and ensure accuracy.
Transportation is not included in this event. Your voucher(s) should be brought to the Gold Member entrance of Coco Bongo upon arrival along with a valid photo ID to check in at 8:30pm.

*Please note: Arrivals after 9:30PM will be considered no shows and seats will be forfeited. Tickets are pre-paid to the club and are non-refundable for late arrivals. Seating is first come first serve, so be sure to arrive on time to get first dibs on available seating and lock in a good view of the show.
*Please note; even with skip-the-line access, all travelers will experience a short wait at the security check-point upon entry to the club for everyone's safety and comfort.
