Itinerary

After a pleasant drive through Pays d'Auge, you will start your visit driving through the town of Livarot. Admire the typical architecture and embark on a tasting journey, starting with the famous cheeses.

Visit the Graindorge cheese factory and learn all about the four Normandy cheeses. Discover the secrets that make them so special. Your visit will reveal all the steps involved, from which cow breeds are crucial for the quality of the cheese, until the last steps of maturity under specific conditions. This famous cheese of Livarot is nicknamed the “colonel”.

Stop 3
Let's go to Lisieux, the capital of Pays d'Auge for your picnic in the gardens of the bishop, located by the cathedral. Feel free to visit this sacred place where Sainte Theresa received her first calling to God. Let us know if you have allergies or preferences. We use fresh and high quality products for our picnics.
