- No triple rooms will be arranged for groups of 3 due to the limited amount of triple rooms in European hotels
- It is the responsibility of each passenger to ensure that they comply with all the necessary passport (must be valid for at least 6 months), visa, health, insurance and other travel regulations required for all the countries they will be visiting prior to the start of the tour
- For elder who are over 70 years old, they must be accompanied by a family participants and fill in"Senior Participant's Statement" before boarding. If they are not accompanied by their family and insist on signing up, our company reserves the right to refuse their orders. All the consequences caused by personal problems during the trip are responsible for themselves.
- Group notice E-mail will be sent 3 days before departure, including tour guide information, schedule, meeting locations, hotel information etc.
- If you are traveling alone and choose a twin room, we will assign you a same-gender roommate. If you are concerned that sharing a room may affect your rest, we recommend booking a single room in advance.
- When two adults share a double room with a child under 6 years old, the child is eligible for the child rate. However, if the child occupies a separate bed, they will be charged the same rate as an adult. For one adult sharing a room with a child, the child will also be charged the adult rate.
- Passport name and number, gender, date of birth and nationality are required for all passengers; please advise at the time of booking
