As the price varies depending on the season and market situation, the food could be different each time. but I'll make sure you have the best seafood in Seoul! :) After the market, we will walk to Sayuksin park. It holds tombs of seven loyalists to the King Danjong, the grandson of King Sejong, who invented Hangeul. The park was designated as Seoul Cultural Asset. Rice Wine Tasting with Sommelier - Finest Makgeolli (& Soju)

Rice Wine Tasting with Sommelier - Finest Makgeolli (& Soju)
Rated 5.00 Stars, based on 11 Reviews.
Destination: Seoul.
Come along for a unique Korean rice wine tasting, hosted by Jay, a Korean liquor sommelier, and Sam, a certified Korean alcohol brewer. Korean alcohol is so much more than just that familiar green bottle of Soju. Makgeolli, a fermented and unfiltered (thus hazy) rice wine, is widely consumed, yet poorly understood, despite its popularity. We've explored hundreds of Makgeollis across Korea, finding fantastic, flavorful bottles—many from small, local producers rarely able to reach a wider audience. Our aim is to introduce you to the best Makgeolli in each category. Our tasting takes place in a hidden backroom of a small, specialty rice wine shop. *I also offer a SOJU TASTING at a small distillery with 400 years of family history: Click my profile!
